Union Life Insurance Proposes 9.1053% Dividends for the Fiscal Year 2077/78
Kathmandu: Union Life Insurance (ULI) has announced the dividend to be distributed to the shareholders out of the profit of the financial year 2077/78.
Insurance has announced to distribute bonus shares at the rate of 8.35% of the current paid-up capital and 0.4553% cash dividend for tax purposes.
The meeting of the board of directors of the insurance held on 12th Poush has decided to distribute the dividend at that rate.
The dividend will be distributed after it is approved by Nepal Insurance Authority “Beema Samiti” and passed by the next annual general meeting.
