Panchthar Power Company Conducting 8th AGM Today
Panchthar Power Company Limited (PPCL) is going to organize its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Jestha 27, 2081 BS. The board meeting of the company held on Jestha 4 has decided to convene the meeting at Hotel Imperial, Battisputali, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas of the AGM are:
Discussion & approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Approval of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Merger/Acquisition of Access Investment Company Private Limited and Mega Venture Private Limited.
Book Closure:
For the purpose of AGM, Panchthar Power Company has announced the book closure date on Jestha 17, 2080 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing shares before that date are eligible to participate in the Annual Meeting.
