NIC Asia Laghubitta (NICLBSL) Proposes 14.75% Dividend for FY 2078/79
Kathmandu: NIC Asia Laghubitta Biitiya Sanstha Limited (NICLBSL) has declared dividend from last financial year’s profit.
The meeting of the board of directors held in the evening of Falgun 21 of the company has proposed to distribute 14.75 percent dividend from the profit of the financial year 78/79.
According to which, the company has proposed to distribute cash dividend equal to 25 crore 65 lakh 67 thousand 4 hundred rupees which is 14.75 percent of the current paid up capital.
The proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders after passing the next annual general meeting.
