IPO Shares of People’s Power and Saipatri Hydropower are listed in NEPSE, What is the opening range?
Kathmandu: The shares of People’s Power Limited (PPL) and Sayapatri Hydropower Limited (SPHL) have been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Thursday, 27th of Ashoj. 62 lakh 26 thousand shares of People’s Power and 30 lakh shares of Saipatri Hydropower have been listed in NEPSE.
People’s Power (PPL) has listed 63 lakh 26 thousand shares in NEPSE consisting of 6 lakh 32 thousand 600 shares distributed to the locals of the project affected areas, 24 lakh 67 thousand 400 shares issued to general shareholders and 32 lakh 26 thousand shares invested by the founders.
NEPSE has provided the company’s shares with a minimum opening range of Rs 94.96 to Rs 284.88. On the same basis, the company’s share trading will open from Sunday.
Similarly, 30 lakh shares of Sayapatri Hydrapower (SPHL) have also been listed in NEPSE. The company has listed 3 lakh shares distributed to the locals of the project affected areas, 6 lakh shares issued to general shareholders and 21 lakh shares invested by the founders.
NEPSE has given the company’s shares a minimum opening range of Rs 64.96 to Rs 194.88. On the same basis, the company’s share trading will open from Sunday.
