Arun Valley Hydropower (AHPC) Announces 8.421% Dividend for FY 2078/079
Kathmandu: Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited (AHPC) has announced the dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profits and reserves of the last financial year.
The company has announced to distribute 8 percent bonus shares and 0.421 percent cash dividend for tax purposes of the fixed paid-up capital till the last financial year.
The meeting of the board of directors of the company held on 02nd of December decided to distribute the dividend at that rate.
The dividend will be distributed after it is approved by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and passed by the next annual general meeting.
